1. What size collar should I buy for my dog?
Use our Size Guide to measure your dog’s neck and find the right fit. You should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

2. How do I measure my dog’s neck?
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of your dog’s neck where the collar normally sits. Make sure it’s snug but not tight.

3. What if my dog is between sizes?
If your dog falls between sizes, we recommend choosing an adjustable collar or sizing up slightly for comfort.

4. Are your collars adjustable?
Yes, some are! Our Adjustable size fits necks from 28–42 cm, ideal for growing dogs or those between standard sizes.

5. Are the collars suitable for puppies?
Yes, just be sure to measure your puppy’s neck and check the fit regularly as they grow.

6. Can the collars be washed?
Most collars can be hand washed with mild soap and warm water. Please refer to individual product pages for care instructions.

7. How long does delivery take?
