At Goodest Girl, we design fashionable and decorative accessories to allow your pup to appear at their most stylish – but let's keep in mind that fit and functionality are ultimately your responsibility. Each pup is different, and even within breeds, measurements differ. It's your job as owners to take sole responsibility for checking the fit and suitability of each product prior to use. A bad fit may bring about discomfort, and we cannot take blame for accessories incorrectly sized. Struggling to get the right fit? Our accessories are made with every day wear in mind, however they are not intended to endure extreme wear. If your pet is an excessively strong puller, or has behavioural issues such as chewing or scratching, this will obviously reduce the lifespan of the accessory. We do not replace, nor will we take back, any accessory damaged by misuse, or by the pet itself.

Please also take note that our collars, ruffs, and bibs are fashion accessories – they are designed to be cute, not rugged. They are most suitable for small breeds and mild pups. They are not meant to be worn by large dogs, or very active dogs, and must not be depended upon in high-stress or heavy-duty situations. Damage due to rough wear, tugging, gnawing or general rough play is not covered by us.

As with anything regularly worn, accessories for dogs are prone to wear and tear. We advise owners to regularly inspect their dog's accessories to make sure they are still in good working order. If there is any sign of fraying, stretching or wear, the product must be removed and no longer worn. To prevent your Goodest Girl products from losing their shine, we advise hand washing only, at cool temperatures (never hotter than 30°C). Machine wash and hot water have the potential to damage the product and reduce its lifespan.
